What if my item doesn’t fit? Can I return it?

  • We hope you love your Sunshine & Cash purchase, but just in case you need to exchange or return it, we will accept both within 15 days of receipt of the item and in original and unworn condition with the tags still attached.  If you do need to exchange for a different size or return your item, please e-mail us at serena@sunshineandcash.com with your name, order number, and the size you need or an explanation as to why you’re returning it, and we will follow up with instructions on where to send your item.  Our customers always come first because you ARE our sunshine!

How long will it take to get my item?

  • Even though we are a small business, we take pride in what we do.  We want you to get your S&C item as soon as possible. Processing and packaging your order will take 1–3 days for in-stock items.  If an order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, it will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped Monday–Friday from Louisville, KY via USPS, and tracking will be provided.  
  • If you purchase a pre-ordered item, please look at the description under that item for when it will be shipped.

Can I track my Item?  

  • Yes!  Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information.  

I do not live in the US but would love to purchase from Sunshine & Cash.  Do you ship internationally?

  • Of course we do!!!  Please allow 4–6 weeks for your order to arrive.  Also please note that once we ship your item and it leaves the US, we will not have tracking because we are shipping it USPS.  If your item gets held up in customs, you are responsible for any additional fees your country might require for your item to arrive.  
What happens if my purchase does not arrive or arrives damaged?
  • Once we ship your item and you receive tracking on it, it is in the hands of USPS.  Sunshine & Cash is not responsible for lost/stolen items or packages damaged during shipping. Please contact the USPS and provide your tracking number if this happens.  If you want to pay extra to insure your purchase, select the flat rate Priority shipping at checkout.
